How to Return an Item

Eligible Returns

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Research Peptides

Important Notice

Due to the nature of research peptides and regulatory requirements, opened peptide products cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened peptides may be returned within 14 days with a 15% restocking fee. Please ensure you verify your order before opening any peptide products.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
