Pumpkin Cake Bars

4 large Eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one glass 9 x 13 inch pan. In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon; add to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
