Skillet Macaroni And Cheese

1 tbsp unrefined oil
1 whole onion, thinly sliced
8 ozs Whole wheat macaroni or whole wheat spaghetti
2 to 3 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat a large skillet. Add the oil, and onion if desired, and sauté 5 minutes.

Add macaroni and stir until it is heated thoroughly.

Add the tamari and grated cheese. Cover and steam a few minutes on low heat until the cheese melts.
